This information notice describes the data management methods of this website www.sadasdb.com and is provided pursuant to the European Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), which provides for the protection of persons and other individuals with respect to the processing of personal data.
The information is provided by Sadas s.r.l. in its capacity as Data Controller of the data collected through the aforementioned website (other websites or electronic spaces owned by third parties and reachable through links, even if present on the pages of this website, are therefore excluded).
The collection of the User’s data is done through the filling-in of electronic forms for requesting information present in the pages of the website; the authorisation to process the data is explicitly requested by the Owner of this website to the User through the check-box provided in the form.
Sadas s.r.l. processes the personal data that are entered in the registration form, therefore by selecting the check-box shown at the bottom of the form, the User agrees to the processing of the data entered. Before submitting any request, users are required to read this information that specifies the limits, purposes and processing methods of the data entered.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
The processing of the User’s data, collected and stored in relation to the filling-in of the registration, subscription and contact form, has as legal basis the consent of the User, and is undertaken for the following purposes: reply to requests for information sent through the form, provide assistance and support services, proceed with the subscription to the newsletter, send educational, informative and commercial communications, manage commercial profiling activities.
As for the subscription to the newsletter service, we obtain the consent – with a specific and separate check-box – of the interested party, who is henceforth informed that such consent is completely optional and that any refusal will not entail any consequence (other than preventing the regular sending of newsletters).
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The User’s data will not be disclosed to partners, consulting companies, private companies. The User’s data will not be in any way divulged or transferred to third parties.
